When gutting buildings, all materials and installations are removed down to the foundation walls. This includes flooring, insulation and insulation, windows, doors and all building fixtures. However, no load-bearing components will be removed from the buildings.
With selective demolition, parts in the inventory are dismantled step by step. Static changes, such as the safe removal of load-bearing walls through the installation of static beams, are already taken into account here. All the materials produced during gutting and selective demolition must be professionally sorted and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner or recycled.
We would be happy to discuss your project with you and work out an individual solution.
